Why do I have this site? I'm on the Perricone Promise program, and thought I should keep track of my progress. If I put
my updates on the web for the world to see maybe I'll stick to it better than I have for other diets I have tried. This one should be
easier, too, because everything I've seen Dr. Perricone on - including
The Today Show and
Oprah - he has stressed eating in moderation. Dr. Perricone does not talk about giving up carbs completely or eating all beef and
bacon. The Perricone diet seems much more intuitively healthy, but we'll see!
